He is currently focusing on ongoing independent arbitration assignment through the lens of the UNCITRAL Mediation Framework or the CISG that are globally benchmarked leading to build reputation among the litigants and also positioned to handle high-stakes multi-jurisdictional digital asset disputes required to navigate massive corporate restructuring, cross-border asset tracing, and public infrastructure dispute.

In Arbitration, his main focus areas are Commercial, Cross-Border Insolvency & Technology Disputes, cyber-arbitrations, SMART Contracts dispute, software vendor conflicts, and cross-border digital trade conflicts, international corporate restructuring and cross-border asset liquidations under the IBC however In Corporate & Commercial Litigation, he remains the Advocate with standing before the Hon’ble NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, Delhi High Court & Commercial Courts.
